The Service, provided by Saasbrew Labs LLP on a subscription basis, involves detailed pricing, payment terms, and billing cycles specific to your organization as outlined in your subscription agreement. Subscription fees are non-refundable, except as expressly provided in our Refund Policy.
User Content submitted by your organization's employees or representatives remains the property of your organization. By submitting User Content, your organization grants Saasbrew Labs LLP a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, and publish the User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to your organization.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are the intellectual property of Saasbrew Labs LLP and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not modify, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without the prior written consent of Saasbrew Labs LLP.
Saasbrew Labs LLP reserve the right to terminate or suspend your organization's access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Saasbrew Labs LLP make no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the Service's content. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Bangalore High Court, conducted in Bangalore. Each party shall bear its own costs associated with arbitration.
Saasbrew Labs LLP may update or modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangalore.
